Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Of course, we had this at a Greek restaurant. And, of course, it paired perfectly with the grilled octopus, lamb, Greek salad with Feta. My wife LOVED it.
Light & bright yellow color with aroma of lime and tons of minerality. Flint and I thought slate. Light, fresh body with high acidity and lots of citrus. The flint flavor was central to the flavor and balanced with the acidity and citrus..
