Friday, February 16, 2024 - Transparent yellow color. Very pleasant baked goods aromas: vanilla, lemon bar. Medium-light body, medium-plus acid. Initally a bit thin on the palate with tart lemon and some flinty undertones. With air this picked up rich apples and a nice saltiness on the finish. Very good at this price point.
