Saturday, December 29, 2012 - The final bottle of six that was only run through the Vinturi with time in the glass. The nose has mushroom and green pepper. The palate has a chalky minerality with the green pepper notes carrying over along with raspberry and a hint of white pepper. This bottle did not show as well as prior bottles.
