Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - Deep, dark reddish-purple in color, almost opaque. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & strawberries with overtones of violets & earthy/dusty notes, spices, herbs & minerals. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, plush, ripe fruit flavors of pomegranate, blueberries & cranberries with spices, herbs & minerals. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with good potential for further development with several years of additional aging. An absolutely wonderful Beaujolais!
