Monday, February 21, 2022 - Fine Wines SG - Bordeaux 1985 Grand Cru Discovery Pack (Fine Wines SG): Somewhat pale garnet with browning fading edges. Overtones of mint, herbs, and dried grass on the nose, then dark florals, pepper, a Chinese treebark herbal feel, and there seems to be a black fruited, plummy hint. Flavours seem to be Chinese herbs dominated, then dark florals, underripe blackberry and cassis, and then the nutmeg and pepper spices, and a seemingly tannic tea-like feel. Medium length
