Thursday, October 27, 2022 - Mostly Bordeaux dinner (Eddie V's - Tysons Corner, VA): Expressive nose displaying sweet concentrated black and red fruit, crème de cassis, plum, black berry, strong lead pencil, cedar, caramel, sweet spices and earth. Excellent concentration, layers upon layers of concentrated black fruit, warm and round, very good balance, medium acidity, strong earthy mineral, and a long concentrated warm black and red fruit driven finish. This is drinking really well.
