Friday, May 14, 2021 - Hedonism and Refinement at 60!; 5/14/2021-5/15/2021 (Joe and Kyla's Bar and Grill): My WOTN. This used to be an "Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove" type wine, but the tannins have settled / integrated. This leaves a velvety wine with flavors of black currant, blackberry liqueur, black plum, and mocha. Hints of mint and oak on the long smooth finish. I keep scoring it higher every 6 years! Now-2026.
