Friday, October 7, 2011 - Out of the bottle, smells of dark cherry, raspberries, earth & vanilla. Initially it tastes of smooth red berries and then becomes slightly tart, showing light tannins. 20 minutes later the taste evolution, though short & light, was very balanced & structured with the tannins completely subsided.
