Friday, April 2, 2010 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - April 2010 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – medium straw in colour. On the nose yeasty notes with loads of green apple and doughy notes on the palate. Crisp mouth feel with a good amount of acidity. Nice tartness. As it sat in the glass it seemed to gain complexity. Long finish, medium body and very dry. I liked this a lot and would have guessed Champagne for sure. Drink or hold. Excellent.
