Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Mixed Bag at Irene's (Irene's House, St. Paul): Pale gold color. Drank a glass plus over an hour. Toasty, white flowers, poised, pear, expquisite, crystalline minerality, patisserie cream, long and focused. Delightful!
