Monday, March 12, 2012 - bottled october 2011 , very young color, hay , camomile , iodine , and an obvious salty touch accompanied by subtle nutty flavours , i love this bone dry manzanilla as an aperitif or just with some "simple" tapas as olive , boquerones , some sliced chorizo , roasted almonds etc. , straightforward but delicious nonetheless
