Saturday, October 31, 2009 - Nose gives off tons of black fruits, smoked meats, charcoal, scorched earth and sweet cream. Palate is expansive with broad blue and black fruits. Toasty oak, medium body, firm tannins and a touch of heat. This bottle seems a bit more advanced, primary and disjointed than the last, might let the remaining rest a bit before opening.
