Sunday, December 21, 2008 - Palate staining is accurate as Mr Officer notes on the label, but this is a tremendous, balanced effort. Loads of everything (cassis, pepper, spicy oak, fruit, meat) float across the palate seamlessly. Zero heat, no sharp edges - I like this better than SQN Atlantis no question. Amazing juice.
