Saturday, February 18, 2023 - We had it blind against a 2006 richebourg from Meo, the magic of DRC wines is that they always make wine that have such a finesse and delicatesse , this is really their trade mark ! pffff every time I'm blown away, and yes the nose is like really how only french pinot can smell, it is razor sharp and at the same time so delicate, it had this nice red fruit like cherry but not to sweet , so when the structure in the mouth is also from the same level , this make the wine have such a great great balance, I'm sure the terroir is the magic that made this wine too have this quality , we , I'm so lucky !
