Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Dinner at Coulisse (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] No detailed notes. A very interesting combination of both an intellectual wine with an elegant complexity and the enjoyment of easy drinkability. Medium+ intensity on the nose, but in a very elegant way, not in your face kinda way with some light fire stone, white peach, a bit of oxidative notes with marzipan. High acidity, very long finish. 93-94+
