Wednesday, January 14, 2009 - Tasted blind – Opened and served right away. Medium ruby core moving to a thin very pale pinkish rim. Youthful nose of cotton candy, raspberry, red liquorice. High acidity, medium, low to medium tannins, medium finish. Lighter flavours of red fruits, some spice. Basic. Drink now. Average.
