Monday, September 15, 2014 - Extracted with a Coravin. Fire red core, orange rim, fading to an almost clear meniscus. Attractively deep bouquet of cherries, forest pine, cedar, spice box, wintergreen, pencil lead, and rosemary. This is Old School and well resolved, showing a medium body, good length and depth, with flavors to match, and a spicy finish. It got better with each passing moment in the glass. Excellent.
