Friday, August 11, 2017 - Small Sauternes 2007 tasting - all from half bottle. Doisy Daene, Lafaurie Peraguey, Rieussec and Suduiraut. DD and Rieussec lean expression. All very good. Suduiraut often my favourite ("beaten" by DD tonight) nice golden colour in the "middle" of the lot; very nice balanced nose with sweetness and "wet rock" acidity in a mix; lots of ripe abricot, deep dense aftertaste with right level of sweetness
