Man did this bottle sing with the slow cooked beef. The Nose is as deep and floral as you read about. The mouthfeel was soft and velvety. The cherry, cassis, slight graphite, and mild cedar make this a wonderful brdx. Cannot wait to pop my 2005/2006 bottlings in the next 5-10 years!! Oh can I wait?
