Wednesday, August 2, 2017 - Blind White Dinner: Top Producers' Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet (Acadia - Chicago IL): Tasted single blind. Another wine that keeps getting better. Rich apple and pear with slightly sweet spice. Very good balance and nearly showing Grand Cru concentration. Stood up wonderfully to the Grand Crus.
