Burgundy Dinner with Friends (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Plenty of ripe apple and pear with excellent concentration, just slightly more advanced vs my last bottle from 2 years ago. Still very enjoyable, but probably best to enjoy over the next few years.

Blind White Burgs - Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet (Acadia): 2006 Ramonet flight. Medium-full nose is initially more closed in but opens with 15-30 minutes in the glass. Aromas of rich white fruit with mint that becomes more and more pronounced. Richer and bigger with less acid freshness than the other wines in the flight. Creamy, concentrated and enjoyable to drink. Minty notes come out in the finish.

HDH auction tasting at Tru (Chicago, IL): This is a heavier Ramonet, and interestingly didn't show as well as the 2003 that I had a week or two ago (albeit from a different vineyard too). There's a touch of botrytis on the nose and palate, and tons of ripeness. This is missing a bit of the cut I like in white Burgundy but there's no denying this is one of impeccable pedigree.

Dinner with Richebourg 1998/1999 from both Anne Gros and Hudelot-Noellat (RPM Seafood - Chicago IL): Much too advanced, even with its impressive concentration.

Blind White Dinner: Top Producers' Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet (Acadia - Chicago IL): Tasted single blind. Another wine that keeps getting better. Rich apple and pear with slightly sweet spice. Very good balance and nearly showing Grand Cru concentration. Stood up wonderfully to the Grand Crus.
