Wednesday, August 2, 2017 - Blind White Burgs - Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet (Acadia): 2006 Ramonet flight. Medium-full nose is initially more closed in but opens with 15-30 minutes in the glass. Aromas of rich white fruit with mint that becomes more and more pronounced. Richer and bigger with less acid freshness than the other wines in the flight. Creamy, concentrated and enjoyable to drink. Minty notes come out in the finish.
