Tuesday, April 18, 2017 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #018: Nicolas Joly; Savennieres, Loire, France. (by DJ): In the bouquet dry honey, banana, caramel and orange. On the palate honey, yellow fruits like pineapple and apricot, some sweet impressions, but in fact quite dry. Tasty and full bodied and a bit oxidized, which was for some tasters a bit disturbing, but not for me. Full bodied and a good length.
