Saturday, March 9, 2019 - A Perfect Match: Riesling GG versus Beef Vol. 4 (Delta Bistro, Lagerstraße 11, Hamburg): As the Morstein before an extreme convincing bottle, an improvement in Riesling? For me , yes!
Starts with some beewax on the nose, and the acidity is a little more energetic than the Morstein bottle, but these are both absolutely TOP NOTCH Rieslings, two from the reference wineyards and estates, the fruit delicious and still this young mineralic appearance, hope I hold another bottle of this in my cellar, at the moment there is a little chaos, but will search for these bottles......., ****(*+), 98-99+ potential
