Saturday, August 31, 2013 - Brick red & fading at the edges. Nose fairly closed except for underbrush. Tannin is ample but smooth enough. Some restrained raspberry and lots of earth, touch of leather. Drying finish. A little better day two. Worked with a hearty eggplant parmesan.
