Monday, August 16, 2021 - Ruby red, a bit of brick at the edges. The nose is intoxicating- forest herbs, licorice, mint, red fruit. Medium body, good fruit, but relatively light weight. Very little fine tannin. High acidity. Long finish. This is really gorgeous, mostly for the nose and the ethereal quality rather than power. I don't think this gets much better it strikes me as being at peak.
