Tuesday, July 22, 2008 - Light yellow. Very delicious nose of yellow fruit and chalky minerals, good nerve and depth. In mouth it is in good balance with enough fruit and acid to promise for good development, yet already very accessible. Just how I like a dry Riesling - good fruit, delicious minerals and balanced.
