Saturday, June 30, 2012 - Slow-oxed about three hours. Showing really well. Sweet peach, pear, and golden apple fruit aromas with a bit of a floral note. In the mouth the wine is intense, concentrated, and rich, with good but non-obtrusive acid and perfect balance. Somehow Prum gets that distinctively impeccable mouth-coating feel without being the least bit heavy. Excellent if still quite primary and nowhere near peak.
