Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Purchased from WineBid. Perfectly preserved cork,pristine bottle condition. Medium heavy sediment, lost 3-4oz to decanting. Fully resolved tannin and unmistakeably a Bordeaux. Leather, earth, tobacco, tar. There isn’t much fruit left here. Weak nose and short finish, but to expected from this level wine. For a Thursday night bottle I couldn’t ask for more. Only one more left in the cellar. Will be consumed sooner rather than later, not much upside potential.
