Saturday, April 25, 2009 - 3-hr decant. A dark purple wine. Copper, flowers, wintergreen, and dark fruits on the nose. A food-friendly palate of medium-weight, pure berries and tart cassis, finishing with a chorus of fresh fruit. Perfect pairing with grilled lamb chops and a mint garlic yogurt sauce; it's like it was made for the fat of that lamb.
