Monday, October 15, 2012 - My first bottle, about two months ago, accompanied robust food (BBQ, if memory serves). This time around, I had it with a variety of lighter appetizers, and it held up a lot better. Same licorice and plums - on the nose and on the palate. Same rich texture and exceptional finish, but in this context, it showed a lot better.
