Sunday, March 31, 2013 - Waxy, lightly honeyed notes. Apples, stone fruit. Becoming vegetal/herbaceous. Palate is more spicy - white pepper and maybe some clove. Nice weight with fairly long, apricot and quince fruit flavors.
