Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Jimmy's btl. Didn't get opened till about 20 minutes before drinking with dinner but, this was open for business. A very pretty wine, very fresh with extra richness compared with a a std cuvee '01 Henri Boneau and a '01 Pegau. I do think this may have been even better with a decant prior to drinking but all in all this is drinking very well. Elegant, classy and Chambolle like. I should open one of my 4 btls soon too.
