Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Dinner at Hermosa (Chicago, IL): Consistent with my most recent prior bottle -- this is light and definitely shows its age, but there is still a lovely rustic, herbal edge to this wine. Soft and fully resolved, best to drink up now.
