Friday, September 9, 2022 - Deliciously mature Burgundy that is still fresh and powerful thanks to the 1999 vintage yet showing plenty of earth, dried floral and mushroom complexity. Lovely umami textures. Consistent with a bottle from four+ years ago -- will hold for 5-10 more at this level.
