Sunday, February 1, 2009 - Quite delicious. Confident and comfortable. Tighter knit and cooler than Jadot's Boucherottes 1999, offering less on the nose but more on the palate (beetroot and strawberry fanning out in a typical peacock's tail) and a finer structure. A better education perhaps. Consume with confidence.
