Thursday, October 15, 2015 - Rich clear golden color. A classic off dry wine from a classic producer. A near perfect balance of fruit & acidity here. This has an initial richness which reflects in the texture as much as any taste or flavor. The palate is coated with radiant fruit accented with a verbena-like herbal/tea note.

Wonderful finesse to match the power. Those herbal nuances emerge after some time open and as the chill recedes. Prum wines are truly among the best in the world and this one certainly doesn't disappoint.
