Saturday, October 13, 2018 - This is a nice well aged wine. It's a bit more on the fruit forward side, but not overdone. I wouldn't say extra complex, but a wine that seems to work really well as an after dinner drink. If food, would have required something a bit more intense (perhaps like a red meat). As it was though it stood well by itself. Not sure this has a ton of life left or perhaps there had been some mediocre storage because it was getting just a touch of the vinegar flavor. Not scoring as a result, but if I had would have been an 89 or so.
