Sunday, March 31, 2013 - pale salmon color, a bit of yeast and dried flowers on the nose, fine bubbles, red cherry and cranberry flavors are carried by a zesty mouthful of mineral nuances, tart acidity, the structured body keeps the mouth watery, this is delicious and has structure to age well
