Darkish pink with a bit of grey. Lovely cherry, berry and slice, just a hint of reduction. Delicious dry red fruit flavours and a dry slightly oxidized finish.

Cal Cabs (Chez Bruce, London): Gorgeous colour, deep salmon peachy orange. Dusty strawberry and a slightly peachy note on the nose. Lovely. Ready but not tiring. Would work very well with food. ****

(Pol Roger Champagne Brut Rosé) Pale salmon color; nice yeasty and light strawberry nose; tasty, toasty palate; medium finish

Drinking well, showing some maturing notes/complexity. A nice wine that's at peak for my palate.

Burnished medium golden pink color, obviously aged, with nose of bread and canned peaches. Very good.

California Cabernets (Chez Bruce, Wandsworth, London): A dramatic deep gold, but on the palate it was, shall we say, elusive. A vague sense of rose petal perhaps.
