Sunday, June 26, 2011 - Dark Maroon with very thin watery rim. Currants, raspberries, strawberries followed by chocolate on the nose. Strawberry notes very soft on palate little acid but strong tannins even after being opened over an hour an a half. Very dry finish. Let age several more years. Good with grilled rib eye, but could use more resolve.
