Sunday, October 29, 2017 - drinking fantastically. give it at least 30-60 minutes before serving, and serve closer to 60-65F. rich and oily with some fascinating bitterness on the finish for the first hour or two, it dissipates and integrates later on to yield a delicious wine that's practically a meal on its own. nowhere near fading, but i don't see that there could be much more up-side to this
