Sunday, March 20, 2011 - EWG: Young Chablis & Old Cabs (Noir Food & Wine, Pasadena, CA): Spicy nose showing some sulfur and wet rocks in time. The fruit shows a bit round in the midpalate with the finish coming on a bit hard and steely at the moment. There is a nice wine here in search of some time. The concentration and structure are here to go for a while. Nice but tight like the other two on the night.
