Monday, November 6, 2017 - Christian Moreau / Groffier Burgundy Dinner with Friends (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Served alongside the 2007 Clos des Hospices. Powerful throughout with very bright and fresh green and yellow apple aromas and flavors. Very good weight, very good length. At a great place now. Both bottles purchased upon release and well stored since.
