Saturday, March 30, 2013 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasting. lean and energetic style, even for a 2007 Chablis. All green apple and lemon with a verp finish. Open approx 3 hours before I tasted.

4/2/2013 9:30:00 PM - Frank, I think these need plenty more time to soften. It was prob better when opened vs when I tried it 3 hours later, but I'd suggest holding to 2016 or 2017 later.
