Thursday, April 28, 2016 - Scott's Wine dinner at Honeysuckle, a bit of everything! (Honeysuckle, Washington DC): Most of the 07 reds and whites are drinking nicely. More mineral than fruit driven nose, only a hint of white fruits, honey, lanoline, saline and seashell. Medium concentration, very clean and cool, nice clean mineral expression, good acidity and cool clean mineral driven finish. Very consistent with the last bottle, ie not the most structured or concentrated but very harmonious, clean and enjoyable. Nice showing.
