Sunday, February 28, 2021 - Stunning white burgundy. Light golden/yellow color. Stunning nose of chalk, hay and minerals mixes nicely with yellow grape skin. Full feel yet light as a feather with perfect balance and finishing with a counterbalance of zip that makes my head spin in wonder. Litterally great - it’s complexity sneaks up on you and just won’t let go. I miss the days of buying cases of this cuvée at the local wine store. Memorable. (97)
