Thursday, August 26, 2010 - Dark electric magenta color. Unusual nose. I want to say gnutella and tomato leaves, a touch of high tone spice, only hints at dark fruit, maybe fig. Supple mouthfeel, just a bit thin for me, with more flavor intensity in the mouth than suggested on the nose. Some just underripe cherry taste with a big beam of minerals. Nice fine tannins seem to hold some succulent fruit onto the finish. This one is worth saving some for tomorrow to see what happens. 89??
