Sunday, June 18, 2023 - Supper with Daniel (and the girls) (E & M's in the rocks, Sydney): This was approached with considerable trepidation. On opening it proved itself charming, whole bunchy Pinot. Fresh acidity, lightweight, red over black berry fruits, a little textured burr. And, of course, a touch of wood glue. Over time (less than 30 minutes) it just fell apart, the wood glue note just too over and, like so many wines tonight, it became undrinkable. FLAW.
