Wednesday, December 13, 2006 - A dark straw with some yellow color. The nose is simply amazing, buttery and complex. On the mouth it´s like eating a very fine toast with melted butter on top. Great structure, body. Some white trouffles come to mind too. An endless finish leaves a an extraordinary impression. Best champagne of the night by a mile.
